Jim recently retired from Land O’Lakes, where he served as Director of Strategic Business Alliances. He brings expertise in joint ventures, business development, and industry partnerships.

Steve Brock | Treasurer
Steve is a former Plant Manager at Greenleaf Foods and a retired General Motors executive. He brings decades of operational leadership across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.

Scott Bess | Board Member
As the President & CEO of Indiana Charter Innovation Center, Scott is the founding leader of Purdue Polytechnic High Schools and brings extensive experience launching student-centered charter models focused on real-world, project-based learning.

David Becker | Board Member
David is the founder and chairman of First Internet Bank. He brings entrepreneurial leadership and a longstanding commitment to education, innovation, and workforce development.

Erin Wolski | IMC Commons App Architect
Erin is a former classroom teacher and the founding lead educator of Nature's Gift, the first site in the Indiana Microschool Collaborative. She is the architect of the Commons App learning framework, defining the IMC badge system and how student growth is recognized across the network. She brings expertise in learner-centered design, competency-based assessment, and microschool operations.
